1. Who we are

This site, mypaybotx.com, is run by Push 2 Win LLC, an Arizona company, doing business as myPaybotX. myPaybotX is an authorized agent of PaybotX. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Push 2 Win LLC, doing business as myPaybotX. "You" means you, the person using this site or talking with us.

By using this site, sending our form, or replying to our calls and texts, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Using this site

  • Give us true information. Only give us a phone number or email that is yours, or that you are allowed to use.
  • Use this site for your business. Do not use it to break the law.
  • Do not try to hack, overload or copy the site, or collect data from it with bots.

3. What we do and don't do

We help business owners lower what they pay to take cards. We ask a few questions, then connect you with a payment specialist who can give you a quote.

We are not a bank, and we do not process payments or hold your money. PaybotX and its partners, such as payment processors and banks, provide the card processing. If you sign up, your account is covered by the agreement you sign with them. That signed agreement, not this site, sets your prices, fees and terms.

4. No promise of approval or savings

  • Approval is not guaranteed. PaybotX and its partners decide who they approve. They may turn down any business.
  • Savings are not guaranteed. What you save depends on your sales, your card mix, your state and your signed agreement.
  • The fee calculator is an estimate. It multiplies the numbers you pick. It is not a quote. Your real costs come from your statement and your signed agreement.
  • Machines and programs vary. Not every machine, feature or program fits every business or every state. Your payment specialist tells you what fits yours, and what it costs, before you sign.

5. Cash discount and dual pricing

Here is how it works, in plain words.

  • Cash discount: Your posted price is the card price. A customer who pays cash gets a discount off that price.
  • Dual pricing: You show two prices, a cash price and a card price. The customer sees both before they pay and picks how to pay.

Either way, the card price covers the cost of taking the card. That is how these programs can eliminate your card fees.

These programs must follow card brand rules and the laws of your state. Signs, receipts and how prices are shown must be done the right way. Your payment specialist explains what is needed for your business and your state. You are responsible for running the program the way you are shown, and for following the rules that apply to your business. Program fees may apply.

6. Text message terms

Program name: myPaybotX.

If you agree to get texts, myPaybotX may text you about your quote and your card processing. Texts may come from Elena, our AI assistant. They confirm your request, ask a few questions about your business, set up a call with a payment specialist, and remind you of that call.

  • How often: Message frequency varies.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
  • To stop: Reply STOP at any time. You may get one text that confirms you opted out. After that, no more texts.
  • For help: Reply HELP, or email [email protected], or call (323) 900-5776.
  • Not required: You do not have to agree to texts to buy anything.
  • Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for texts that are late or not delivered.

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your mobile number. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

7. Calls, automated calls and AI

If you agree to be contacted, we and PaybotX may call and text you at the number you gave. Some calls and texts may use automated systems. Some are made or answered by Elena, an AI assistant. If you ask Elena whether she is an AI, she will tell you yes. A real person, a payment specialist, handles your quote and your account.

Calls may be recorded and written down as transcripts. If you do not want that, tell us on the call, or ask to stop the call.

You can ask us to stop calling at any time. Just tell us on a call, or email us.

8. Site content and brands

What is on this site is for general information. It is not legal, tax or financial advice. We try to keep it right, but it may not cover your exact case.

The words, design and images on this site belong to us or to the people who license them to us. Do not copy them without our written OK. PaybotX, Clover, Valor, Dejavoo, Visa, Mastercard and the other brand names on this site belong to their owners.

9. No warranties

We offer this site "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises about the site, including that it will always work, be free of errors, or fit your purpose.

10. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, special or follow-on losses from your use of this site, our calls or our texts. That includes lost profits, lost data or lost business. If we are found liable for anything, our total liability is limited to one hundred dollars ($100).

Some states do not allow some of these limits. If you are in one of them, some of these limits may not apply to you.

You agree to cover our losses if you break these terms or give us someone else's information without their OK.

11. Arizona law

The laws of the State of Arizona govern these terms, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute about these terms or this site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after a change, you agree to the new terms.

If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
